  • Areas that are lagging in analytics maturity for CGs include personalization and in-store analytics, space planning and retail media, and omnichannel/digital commerce
  • 51% of CGs see their primary challenge as an inability to integrate data from
    multiple sources
  • CGs continue to harness AI/machine learning primarily for marketing and promotion
    campaign planning, and 27% are using it for demand planning and forecasting
